1. Payment and Pricing
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and online banking for your convenience. In some cases, additional payment methods (such as Klarna) may be available.
- Please note that for orders placed with PayPal above a certain amount, additional commission fees may apply. If you wish to place a large order using PayPal, please contact our support team for a personalized offer.
- All prices on our website are displayed in EUR and include the applicable VAT of 21%. For business accounts or customers located outside the European Union, prices may be shown without VAT.
2. Order Processing and Delivery
- In-Stock Items: Orders for items in stock will be shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is approved and cleared. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Back-Orders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. Our customer service team will inform you about any additional waiting time. Should the item not become available within 10 days, you may choose to wait, modify your order, or cancel it for a full refund.
- Shipping Policy:
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over €200 within the continental European Union.
- Standard delivery times are estimated at 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following business week.
- We ship only to verified addresses that match the payment details provided. Once payment is submitted, the delivery address cannot be altered.
- In cases of delivery outside the EU, standard conditions apply for the EU. For other countries, please request a shipping fee quote during checkout.
3. Handling Shipping Issues
- In the event of a delay, non-delivery, or loss of your package, please first contact your local branch of the shipping company using the provided tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us via email or phone so that we may help resolve the issue.
4. General Terms
- All prices, product specifications, and offers are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order.
- All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become your property once delivered to the shipping carrier.
- If an item arrives damaged, please immediately note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 36 hours so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
- Any discrepancies (such as missing or incorrect items) must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.
5. Orders and Exports
- For orders delivered outside the European Union, the VAT shown on our website will be deducted from your total order value. The products will be subject to customs clearance in your country, and you may incur additional fees based on local VAT and customs procedures.
6. Damaged Items and Returns
- Reporting Damage: Should you receive a damaged item, notify us within 7 days via email or phone. Failure to report within this period may result in denial of your damage claim.
- Return Policy:
- We offer a 14-day free return policy for orders delivered within the EU. Returns are accepted for items with defects, incorrect items, or delayed shipments.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials, along with the original invoice.
- For payments processed via systems like PayPal, Stripe, or Klarna, please note that transaction fees may not be refundable.
- Please be aware that orders shipped outside the EU cannot be returned.
7. Warranty and Repairs
- For Products Sold After 01.12.2023:
- We offer a limited warranty of 24 months (or 7,000 km, whichever comes first) covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage.
- Battery warranties vary by model, generally covering 12 months.
- Free technical support, including assistance with repairs and spare parts, is provided for 24 months.
- For Products Sold Before 01.12.2023:
- The warranty covered 24 months (or 2,000 km) for motors and motherboards, and 6 months for batteries.
- Warranty Limitations:
- This warranty does not cover damage from water exposure, physical accidents, or modifications made by the customer.
- In cases of shipping damage, you must report the issue immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
- Repair Requests:
- To request a repair, please register your product via email. Approval of the repair request is required before sending the item.
- The first shipping cost during the warranty period is covered by us; subsequent warranty cases will incur a shipping fee payable by the customer.
8. Order Cancellation and Preorder Policy
- Order Cancellation:
- If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to our support email.
- Please note that once payment is processed, non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., from PayPal, Klarna, or Stripe) will be deducted from your refund.
- Preorder Cancellation:
- For products not currently in stock (preorders), a cancellation fee of 10% of the preorder amount applies. If you change your order to a different in-stock item or preorder, a 5% fee will be held.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
- The products offered on emotoro.eu are provided "as is" and are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- ELECTRIC MOBILE SL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, or any other costs arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Use of electric mobility products involves inherent risks, including potential hazards related to lithium-ion batteries. By purchasing our products, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their use.
10. Final Notes
- By making a purchase on emotoro.eu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions listed above.
